EThekwini Mayor Councillor Cyril Xaba today officially unveiled the newly rehabilitated Blundell Bridge and Road in Shallcross following its reconstruction after the 2022 floods.
The R71 million, climate-resilient infrastructure project restores a vital transport link between Shallcross and Queensburgh, improves road safety for motorists and pedestrians, and demonstrates the City's commitment to rebuilding stronger, safer infrastructure while creating local economic opportunities.
